Using the QR code, log into TPS and verify your admin account is unable to update it. If this is unable to correct the issue, follow the following steps:
- Close TPS
- Navigate to C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio
- Open TPS.config (if they have one)
- Remove any lines speaking about Kiosk Mode or change True to False
- Navigate to C:\Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Local\TrackMan
- Delete the file called settings.xml in settings and change the setting from public to private
- Open TPS
- Sign into TPS with the coach / facility login
- Sign into your admin account and select your facility
- Navigate to "Settings" > "Application"
- Change "Data Compliance" to Private
