Settings | Unable To Change Data Compliance Settings 🟧

Using the QR code, log into TPS and verify your admin account is unable to update it. If this is unable to correct the issue, follow the following steps:

  1. Close TPS
  2. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio
    • Open TPS.config (if they have one)
    • Remove any lines speaking about Kiosk Mode or change True to False
  3. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio\Cache
    • Delete Akavache and settings.json

  4. Navigate to C:\Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Local\TrackMan
    • Delete the Folder TrackMan Performance Studio

  5. Open TPS
  6. Sign into TPS with the coach / facility login
  7. Sign into your admin account and select your facility

  8. Navigate to "Settings" > "Application"
  9. Change "Data Compliance" to Private
