Settings | Unable To Change Data Compliance Settings

Using the QR code, log into TPS and verify your admin account is unable to update it. If this is unable to correct the issue, follow the following steps:

  1. Close TPS
  2. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\TrackMan\TrackMan Performance Studio
    • Open TPS.config (if they have one)
    • Remove any lines speaking about Kiosk Mode or change True to False
  3. Navigate to C:\Users\%userprofile%\AppData\Local\TrackMan
    • Delete the file called settings.xml in settings and change the setting from public to private 
  4. Open TPS
  5. Sign into TPS with the coach / facility login
  6. Sign into your admin account and select your facility

  7. Navigate to "Settings" > "Application"
  8. Change "Data Compliance" to Private
