Help Center | How To Sign In to the Support Help Center

The Trackman Support Help Center is built to support all Trackman users, and we hope you'll find answers to most of your questions on our website. However, if you're a Facility Owner of a Commercial Simulator Center, you may need more in-depth guidance for certain aspects of daily operations.

To address this, we've added a feature that grants you access to exclusive articles and resources, designed to help you keep your facility running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

To get acces to this additional content, you need to sign in to the Help Center.

  1. Click on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the Help Center or you can click on the button below

  2. From here, you will be directed to the log in page seen on the image below.

  3. Select "Continue with Trackman Account" on the left hand side.
  4. Log in using your Trackman credentials

  5. You are now logged in to the Help Center.

Once your account has been tagged by our team, you will be able to access all of the exclusive additional content, which will be marked by a ⛳ at the end of the article title. Similarly articles which include a video will be marked with a 🎦 at the end of the article title.
