• This report will through data insight help facilities to comprehend their visitor's usage.
  

Page Details

Overview

• This tab will provide a general look at Trends and Key Stats for your facility like the number of strokes tracked, how occupied your bays are, and more.

Bay Insights

• This page breaks down each bay’s usage over a specific date range by hours, months, and percentage in the selected period. If your facility has multiple locations, you’ll also be able to select which location to examine.

Bay Occupation

• Gives an overview of occupation distribution across days and hours and bay usage by players and stroke counts. The visuals show a percentage of used hour per for the selected date and time spans.
• Colored cells are showing the busiest 6 hours on average of a given day. Hours are shown in their respective local times.
• You’ll be able to adjust the date range, location, hour range, days of the week, and bay that is being viewed.

Course Play

• Number of sessions played on courses and course trends.
• This can help you determine your most popular courses, least popular, and holes played. This can be helpful when creating tournaments and events for your facility.

Tournaments

• Number of tournaments and sessions played can be inspected.
• This page also shows the holes played, courses played, and breaks down each course’s metrics. (Rounds Played – 18 Holes, Rounds Played – 9 Holes, Logged in Ratio, Completion Ratio, Avg Gross Score – 9 Holes)

Games

• Overview of the distribution of strokes by the games found in the Games module within the Trackman Performance Center.
• You can adjust the time span of the data, location, and even change which activity’s data to view.

Practice

• This page offers a detailed look at the break down of each activity within the Practice module within the Trackman Performance Center.
• You can adjust the time span of the data, location, and even change which activity’s data to view.

Info Panel

• This page offers General Information on the overall date range of your facility and when the analytic report was last updated.
