  5. This next screen is the critical screen.  It's the wireless connection screen.  You do NOT want to connect to your wireless network at this time.  If you do that, then you will be required to login with a LIVE Microsoft account instead of just a regular local username.  So on this wireless screen, you need to NOT connect to a network now. You need to choose the option at the bottom of the screen that says "I don't have internet"...........EXCEPT.............it won't be there yet

  6. What you needs to do first, is press SHIFT + F10  (or Shift+Function+F10 depending on the keyboard). This will bring up a blackscreen. You then need to type in "oobe\bypassnro" into this black box. Then hit Enter

  7. This will then reboot Win11 and get them back to that Wireless connection screen where it WILL NOW have that "I don't have internet" option at the bottom. They needs to pick that
  8. Then they will pick "continue with limited setup"

  9. Then you will be able to make your way through the reset of the setup screens and then put in a regular Win11 username and proceed
  10. ONCE you are finally to your new Win11 desktop screen, then you can connect to your wireless network. You will then need to do Windows11 updates, update your Nvidia graphics drivers, and install TPS.  Usually we assist them with this last part (update Windows, Nvidia graphics, and install TPS)
