If you are experiencing issues with the QR code being available in TPS but not working please try the following steps to resolve the issue.
- Open Windows Settings and go to Date & Time
- Turn the following options off
- Select the Windows key + R
- Type in timedate.cpl and select enter
- Set the time zone to the proper time zone
- Select the Internet time tab on the top
- Select change settings
- Turn on the Synchronize with an internet time server
- Under Server set it to “time.windows.com” and select update now
- Select OK
- Issue should now be resolved
