QR Code Sign In Not Working In TPS

If you are experiencing issues with the QR code being available in TPS but not working please try the following steps to resolve the issue.

  1. Open Windows Settings and go to Date & Time 
  2. Turn the following options off

  3. Select the Windows key + R

  4. Type in timedate.cpl and select enter

  5. Set the time zone to the proper time zone  
  6. Select the Internet time tab on the top 
  7. Select change settings

  8. Turn on the Synchronize with an internet time server 
  9. Under Server set it to “time.windows.com” and select update now 
  10. Select OK 
  11. Issue should now be resolved
