If you are experiencing issues with availability of the QR code in TPS, please try the following steps to resolve the issue.
Troubleshooting QR Code Sign in
- Open "Windows Security" > "Virus & Threat Protection" > "Manage settings" > "Add or Remove Exclusions" (under Exclusions) > Add 'C:\ProgramData\TrackMan'
- Open "Settings" in Windows and go to "Time & langauge" and "Date & Time"
- Turn the following options off:
- Select the Windows key + R
- Type in timedate.cpl and select enter
- Set the time zone to the proper time zone
- Select the "Internet Time" tab on the top
- Select "Change Settings"
- Toggle the option Synchronize with an internet time server
- Under "Server" set it to “time.windows.com” and select "Update now"
- Select "OK"
After following these steps, the issue should be resolved.
