Settings | QR Code/Quick Login Not Working

If you are experiencing issues with availability of the QR code in TPS, please try the following steps to resolve the issue.

Troubleshooting QR Code Sign in

  1. Open "Windows Security" > "Virus & Threat Protection" > "Manage settings" > "Add or Remove Exclusions" (under Exclusions) > Add 'C:\ProgramData\TrackMan'
  2. Open "Settings" in Windows and go to "Time & langauge" and "Date & Time"
  3. Turn the following options off:


     
  4. Select the Windows key + R

  5. Type in timedate.cpl and select enter


     
  6. Set the time zone to the proper time zone  
  7. Select the "Internet Time" tab on the top 
  8. Select "Change Settings"


     
  9. Toggle the option Synchronize with an internet time server 
  10. Under "Server" set it to “time.windows.com” and select "Update now" 
  11. Select "OK" 

After following these steps, the issue should be resolved.
