You can create additional locations and move bays between them directly from your facility profile in the Trackman Portal. This guide explains how to set up new locations and reassign bays as needed.

If you have not yet connected any bays, please follow our setup article: How to Connect a TM4 to a Bay ⛳. Bays can be assigned to any location and moved later.

Create a New Location

1. Navigate to the Trackman Portal
2. Go to "Facility" on the left hand side and choose "Facility Overview"
3. Within the overview, click on "Locations" in the top navigation bar
   
   
    
4. In the location tab, you can click "Add New Location" if you wish to add a additional location.
   
   

Move a Bay to Another Location

If you wish to move a bay to another location, please follow the steps below.

1. In the Portal, navigate to the Control Room Indoor in the left hand side navigation bar. 
2. Select the bay you would like to move to a new location.
3. In the right-hand side, you will see two tabs: Tools & Information. 
4. Click on "Information" and scroll down.
5. Find the Locations field and edit by pressing on the pencil icon. 
   
   
    
6. Change the location to your desired location and click on "Move Bay"
7. Repeat these steps for all bays.
