If you come across a red Retry error button pictured below which appears when trying to enter any of the activities in TrackMan Performance Studio please follow the guide below to try resolve the issue
- Please ensure that your TrackMan unit is connected to the TrackMan Performance Studio software. You can check this by clicking on the TrackMan logo at the bottom of the TPS home screen
- Once you have tried this you can then try to reopen the activity you were trying to enter and see if it works now
- If you are still having issues please try to press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh TPS
- After this you can then ensure again that your TrackMan is connected and then try to enter your chosen activity again
