Settings | Retry Error Button On Activities In TPS

If you encounter the red Retry error button (as shown below) when attempting to access any activity in Trackman Performance Studio, please follow the guide below to help resolve the issue.

Steps Guide

  1. Check Trackman Connection
    • Ensure your Trackman unit is connected to the Trackman Performance Studio (TPS) software. You can verify this by clicking the Trackman logo at the bottom of the TPS home screen.
  2. Retry Opening the Activity
    • After confirming the connection, try reopening the activity you were attempting to access to see if the issue is resolved.
  3. Refresh TPS
    • If the problem persists, press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh TPS.
  4. Reconnect and Retry
    • Once TPS has refreshed, confirm again that your Trackman unit is connected, then try to enter the activity once more.
