Settings | Shot Library Running Out Of Space (Public Bay)

If you have an error message pop up in TPS stating that your shot library is running out of space, please follow this guide:

  1. Open TPS
  2. Login to admin account (lower left hand corner)

  3. Go to the settings (lower right hand corner)

  4. Change data compliance from Public to Private

  5. TPS will ask to restart
  6. Restart and the system will clean the older shots (note these are never deleted from your players own profiles)
  7. TPS will open again.
  8. Now go to the settings again

  9. Then advanced settings and click on the button "never save" to both shots and videos.

  10. Then go back to data compliance and set to Public again.

If this does not work, then you will need to delete some shot data from past shots recorded on your TPS. This can be done within Shot History.

  1. Open TPS
  2. Login to admin account (lower left hand corner)

  3. Go to the settings (lower right hand corner)

  4. Change data compliance from Public to Private

  5. Select All under Select Activity in the top middle of TPS

  6. Scroll down & select Shot History

  7. In Shot History, select Library in the top left corner

  8. From here you can search for specific players or sort by date
  9. Then select all the data which you would like to delete. It is recommended to this in smaller batches if deleting significant amounts of data
  10. Once selected, simply click on the Delete button in the bottom left corner of TPS

  11. Once deleted, it is recommended to close and reopen TPS to see if the message appears, if so please repeat steps and delete some more data if possible
  12. Once the message does not appear upon opening TPS then the issue should be resolved
  13. Then go back to data compliance and set to Public again.
