Golf Pro App | How To Collect & Send Log Files

If you are experiencing any issues with the Trackman Golf Pro app you may be asked by our Support staff to provide log files from within the app. By following this guide you will be able to do so:

  1. Open the Trackman Golf Pro whilst connected to a Wi-Fi network
  2. On the homepage in the application, select the burger menu located in the upper right corner.

  3. Here, proceed to click on "Support"
  4. Choose to "Contact Support"
  5. Now an email will be automatically generated with the logs attached.
