If you are experiencing any issues with the TrackMan Golf Pro app you may be asked by our Support staff to provide log files from within the app. By following this guide you will be able to do so:
- Open the TrackMan Golf Pro whilst connected to a Wi-Fi network
- On the homepage of the app you will then need to quickly press the TrackMan logo at the top center of the app 3 times. This logo is highlighted in the image below
- Once you do this you will then see the following "Share Log" icon appear in the bottom right corner. This icon is highlighted in the image below
- From here you can then choose to share the logs via your chosen Mail Service provider (e.g. Gmail) and then send an email to support@trackman.com
- You can also include any important details such as a description of the issue and the time it occurred etc. within the email so our Support Agents can begin to look further into the issue
