Golf App | How To Collect & Send Logs

If you experience issues with the Trackman Golf app, our Support team may ask you to provide log files. These files help us identify and resolve problems more efficiently. Follow the steps below to share them:

  1. Open the Trackman Golf app while connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  2. Tap the Me icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  3. Select the Settings cog in the top-left corner.
  4. At the top of the Settings screen, tap the "Settings" text (highlighted in the image below)

  5. Quickly tap the "Settings" text three times.
  6. A window will open allowing you to choose your preferred email provider (e.g., Gmail).
  7. Send the generated email to support@trackman.com with details such as a description of the issue and the time it occurred.
