Golf App | How To Collect & Send Logs

If you are experiencing any issues with the Trackman Golf app you may be asked by our Support staff to provide log files from within the app. By following this guide you will be able to do so:

  1. Open the Trackman Golf app whilst connected to a Wi-Fi network or via your mobile data
  2. Once in the app click on the Me icon in the bottom left corner of the app
  3. From here you should be able to access the Settings cog in the top left corner of the app
  4. Once you here you can click on the text at the top of the app, it should say SETTINGS, you can see it highlighted in the image below

  5. You will need to click on this SETTINGS text 3 times quickly
  6. At this point your device should open a window from which you will be able to select your chosen Mail Service Provider (e.g. Gmail) and then send an email to support@trackman.com
  7. You can also include any important details such as a description of the issue and the time it occurred etc. within the email so our Support Agents can begin to look further into the issue
