General Rule Application
Each event in the NEXT Golf Tour adheres to the same principles as a traditional outdoor tournament. The standard Rules of Golf by R&A and USGA that pertain to indoor, virtual, and simulator play are followed.
Exceptions in the NEXT Golf Tour:

Discussion of Club Selection:
- In the NEXT Golf Tour, players are permitted to discuss which clubs they are using with their playing partners. This accommodation is provided due to the visual club selection feature on the simulator screen.

One Ball Rule Exception:
- Unlike in traditional golf, the "one ball rule" does not apply in the NEXT Golf Tour. This means that players are not required to use the same brand, make, and model of golf ball throughout the round.
