In the event that your ball makes contact with an invisible collider (commonly referred to as a "Glasswall") and you have video evidence to support this, follow these steps:
-
Restore to Original Position:
- Drop the ball back to its original position, incurring a one-shot penalty. You can do this by selecting "Re-hit +1".
-
Continue Play:
- Resume play from the restored position.
Review Process by the Rules Committee
The Rules Committee will thoroughly examine the video and, if necessary, make adjustments to the score after the round has concluded. To facilitate this process, be sure to submit a description along with the video documentation to the Rules Committee for their review.
Additionally, providing a time stamp indicating when the incident occurs in the video will greatly assist the Rules Committee in efficiently assessing the situation.
