Issue: System Crash

If you encounter a system crash during gameplay, follow these steps to resume your round:

  1. Restart TPS and Sign In:

    • Restart the Trackman Performance Studio (TPS) application and sign back into your account.
  2. Tap "Resume Round":

    • Click on "Resume Round" to continue your game from where it left off.
  3. Document the Issue:

    • Make sure to document any such issues for reference. This information will be helpful for Trackman support and The Rules Committee.
  4. Contact Support (If Necessary):

    • If you are unable to "Resume Round" for any reason, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. You can do so by submitting a support ticket here.
