Leaderboard Not Updated

If you encounter any discrepancies with your score not reflecting on the leaderboard, you can take the following steps directly at the Trackman Simulator:

  1. Monitor the Upload Queue:
    • Open TPS and go to Settings, then navigate to Advanced Settings. Click on Share, where you'll find the Upload Queue. Here, you can check if your scorecard has been successfully uploaded to our servers.

    • In the Upload Queue, you can identify if there are any pending or failed uploads.

Please note: Depending on where you completed your NEXT Golf Tour round, you may need assistance from the facility manager at your chosen commercial simulation center. Alternatively, you can reach out to us for support by submitting a ticket HERE
