Commitment to Fair Play
Trackman is committed to fair play. Every player must submit an unedited video of their full round, which we cross-check with Trackman data to verify scoring accuracy. Cheating, data manipulation, or hacking will not be tolerated and may be reported to law enforcement.
Common issues include someone else playing instead of the registered player, or playing in poor lighting that affects ball spin data. To prevent this, our system flags unusual cases with no spin axis. If a player shows too many of these shots, we review the video to detect patterns of cheating.
Video submission also ensures the score belongs to the correct player. To prevent multiple accounts, we check for duplicate entries before processing payouts. Full details are available in the Player Manual (see excerpt below).
Validation of Results
All players must record their full round on video (a smartphone is sufficient). Videos may be reviewed and cross-referenced with Trackman data to confirm compliance with the rules. Failure to provide a complete, unedited video upon request will result in disqualification.
Disqualification
We expect all players to compete with integrity. Cheating or attempts to gain an unfair advantage will not be tolerated. Trackman and the Rules Committee may disqualify or ban players for suspected cheating or rule violations. Examples include impersonation, using multiple accounts, or men playing from women’s tee boxes.
