The Trackman Support Help Center is built to assist all Trackman users. While most questions can be answered directly on the site, Facility Owners of Commercial Simulator Centres may sometimes need more in-depth guidance.

To support this, we provide access to exclusive articles and content designed to help you manage your facility more effectively and ensure smooth daily operations.

By following the steps below, you can unlock additional resources covering commonly used tools—such as the Trackman Portal—and discover ways to optimize and control how TPS runs in your facility.

How To Sign In

To avail of access to this additional content you will need to do the following:

  1. Click on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the Help Center. You can also access it by clicking on the button below

  2. From here, you will be directed to the log in page seen on the image below.

  3. Select "Continue with Trackman Account" on the left hand side.
  4. Log in using your Trackman credentials

  5. You are now logged in to the Help Center and can view and access your cases through the MyCases page in the top.
  6. Contact Trackman Support to have us tag your account. Once your account has been tagged. you will then be able to access all of the exclusive additional content.
    • Facility exclusive content will be marked by a ⛳ at the end of the article title.
    • Similarly articles which include a video will be marked with a 🎦 at the end of the article title.
