Make a Bay Booking

1. Selecting Slots
   • Each square = 30 minutes. Tap the slots you want.
   • Example: Selecting 2 slots = a 60-minute booking, so only 60-min bay options will appear next.
2. Adding the Bay Option
   • Pick the bay option you want to sell.
   • Gold options = admin only (customers can’t book them).
   • “Show restricted options” lets you override any rules hiding certain options.
3. Adding the Player Options
   • Use + / – to choose the number of players. Minimum is always 1 player.
4. Add to purchase / Add and Charge
   • Add to purchase = adds the booking to the Admin Basket.
   • Add and charge = charges immediately for this booking and anything already in the Admin Basket. Good when selling a single booking.
