Customers

  • You can add a new customer from the Customer Search screen or the Customer Selector in the Admin Basket.
  • Required fields include first name, last name, and email address — adding a phone number is recommended.
  • If the customer already exists, the system will merge the records automatically, since users are uniquely identified by their email address.
  • Ensure email addresses are entered correctly, as customers will receive a confirmation email to verify their account.
  • You can export your full customer list, which includes each customer’s balance, number of bookings, and marketing opt-in status.
  • Always follow local data protection laws when storing or using customer information.
