How to Configure Opening Hours

1. Go to Settings > Ranges / Sims > Opening Hours.
2. If it says “Open”,  that means it’s open 24/7. If it says “Restricted”, then it’s closed for the entire day.
3. Click the + button to set the opening hours.
4. Enter the From and To times. 

 Example: 

• If it’s set to “9:00-17:00”, the customers can start playing from 9:00, and need to finish their session at 17:00 (5PM).  
• If you’re open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM the next day, then you can add a new row to add the extra time period.  

Opening hours are not the only factor that controls bookings. Other restrictions, such as time rules on bays, may also affect whether customers can book.
