General | Managing Courses In Booking & Payments

You may choose to create completely separate course options for each of your courses. However, if two or more courses share the same prices and opening hours, you can simply reuse the same course options instead of duplicating them.

To manage these settings, go to:
"Admin Panel" → "Settings" → "Courses"

Course Panel

This section will display a panel like the one shown on the right for each of your courses. From here, you can configure the following options:

  1. Bookable by customers
    • Enable or disable online booking for this course.
    • Turning this setting off prevents customers from booking themselves in, though staff can still create bookings manually.
  2. Allow self-cancellation
    • This setting determines whether customers can cancel their own bookings.
    • Adjust this according to your facility’s policy or business needs.
  3. Course image
    • This image replaces the default banner on the customer booking page whenever this course is selected.
    • If you’d like to add new images, please reach out to Support. We can advise you on the recommended image dimensions and aspect ratio.
  4. Assign course options
    • This is where you assign the actual Course Options.
    • Each course must have at least one Course Option assigned in order to be bookable by staff or customers.
  5. Time restrictions
    • Here, you can manage time-based restrictions for the course.
    • These rules block customers from booking during specific periods while still allowing staff to make bookings.
