For iOS devices to function correctly with the Trackman iO, please ensure the following:
- The way the TMiO is connected does not affect iOS compatibility. The TMiO can be connected directly to the PC or through the building’s network infrastructure — both configurations are fully supported.
- The important requirement is that the iOS devices are connected to the same network as the PC running TPS. Regardless of how the PC receives its internet connection (router, switch, or building network), the iOS devices must be connected to that exact same network, either through Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
- Ensure that the PC only has a single active internet/network connection. Multiple active network connections can interfere with communication between the PC and the iOS devices. The PC and the iOS devices should all operate on the same network connection.
