Integration | How to Set up Trackman Integration

Following these specific steps will ensure the system is configured correctly and securely.

Key Benefits

Easy Setup: Customers can easily set up the TPS Lock Screen integration through our Portal
Automated Screen Lock/Unlock: The TPS screen will automatically unlock when there is a booking and lock when there is no booking
Customizable Configuration: Customers can customize how golfers unlock the screen (either via a button or a pin code) and also allow golfers to start a booking early if they choose
End-of-Session Warning: Golfers will receive a 5-minute warning before the end of their booking, featuring a message and a countdown timer

How to Set Up The Integration

Go to the Portal and log in with your facility account
Navigate to Booking and Payments in the left-side section
Navigate to Settings (the gear icon) in the right corner
Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar/page and select “Manage Integration” to proceed.
Locate the Trackman integration and click "Edit."
Locate the Trackman integration on the list and click the pencil to edit
Upon doing so, you will be directed to the following page:
Please select "Yes" for both of the options below, save settings, and the process will be complete.

Lock Screen In TPS

If integration is turned on and there is no current booking: bay will be locked and the lock screen will display upcoming bookings.
If integration is turned on and there is a current booking: Golfer can press “Start Play” to unlock the bay.
Or after pressing “Start Play” will be requested to insert a pin code (depending on the settings selected).
