Access all of your past and present cases linked to your profile on the Trackman Support Help Center!
By signing into our Help Center you can simply access and review any past or present tickets you may have with us in Trackman Support. We want to make the experience even easier for you by following the status of your case live on our Help Center.
You can even click into any case and review the full case and follow up to see when your case was last updated.
To avail of access to this new feature you will need to do the following:
- Click on the Sign In button in the top right corner of the Help Center or you can click on the button below
- From here you will then need to create an account in the bottom left corner by clicking on the the "Sign up" text
- When asked for your Full Name & Email on the following page please use the following details:
- Full Name: Your name or Facility Name
- Email: Your email or Facility Email (Please use the email you most commonly use when reaching out to us)
- You will then receive an email where you will get a link to set a password for the account
- Once you have created a password you will then be able to Sign In
- Now that you are able to Sign In you can contact us at Trackman Support so that we can tag your account and provide you with access to the My Cases page
