Accessing the Players Settings

Open the TPS Settings:
- Begin by selecting the three lines (menu icon) at the bottom right of the TPS home screen.
- From the menu, select Settings.

Enter Advanced Settings:
- At the top right of the settings screen, click on Advanced.

Navigate to Players Settings:
- On the left-hand side, select Players to access the player management options.
Managing Player Profiles
1. Creating a Player
- To add a new player, click Create at the top right of the Players screen.
- Enter the player's information in the provided fields.
- Tip: Double-check that all the information is correct before selecting Save.
2. Editing a Player
- If you need to make changes to a player’s profile, use the search bar at the top to find the player.
- Once you’ve located the player, select them and then click Edit at the top right.
- Important: If you need to change the player's email, it is recommended to delete the player and create a new profile instead.
3. Deleting a Player
- To remove a player from the system, search for the player using the search bar, select them, and then click Delete at the top right.
4. Searching for a Player
- Use the search bar at the top of the Players screen to quickly locate specific players, especially when managing a large list.
Best Practices
- Email Changes: If a player’s email address needs updating, it is best to delete the existing player profile and create a new one with the correct email. This ensures that all related data and settings are correctly associated with the new email.
- Double-Check Information: Always review the player information before saving changes or creating new profiles to avoid errors.
