TPS Advanced Settings (Share) 🎦

Accessing the Share Settings

  1. Open the TPS Settings:

    • Start by selecting the three lines (menu icon) at the bottom right of the TPS home screen.
    • From the menu, choose Settings.
  2. Enter Advanced Settings:

    • Click on Advanced at the top right of the settings screen.
  3. Navigate to Share Settings:

    • On the left-hand side, select Share to access the relevant sharing options.

Managing Cloud and Online Status

1. Trackman Cloud and Online Connectivity

  • At the top of the Share screen, you’ll see status indicators for Trackman Cloud and Online connectivity.
  • Green Dot: Indicates a healthy connection, allowing you to upload sessions without any issues.
  • Red Dot: Indicates an internet connection problem, which will prevent proper session uploads.

Tip: If either dot is red, check your internet connection to resolve any issues before attempting to upload sessions.

2. Session Upload Status

  • Below the connectivity indicators, you can view the upload status of each session.
    • Uploading: The session is currently being uploaded.
    • Completed: The session has been successfully uploaded.
    • In Queue: The session is waiting to be uploaded.

Customizing Screencasts

1. Adding Logos and Text

  • On the right side of the Share screen, you’ll find options for customizing screencasts.
  • You can add your logo and text to personalize each screencast you send, creating a more branded experience for your audience.

2. Saving Screencasts Locally

  • You also have the option to save all screencasts locally on your computer. This is useful for backup purposes or for reviewing the content before sharing it.
