Setup Steps

1. Contact Support:

   • Begin by emailing Trackman support to request the setup of a facility. Let them know you would like to be added as a facility creator.

2. Sign In to the Golf Portal:

   • Once you receive confirmation from support that you have been added as a facility creator, navigate to the Trackman Golf Portal.
   • Sign in using the same email address you used to contact support.

3. Create Your Facility:

   • After signing in, you will be directed to the facility creation screen.
   • Fill in all the required information about your facility.
   • Once you have completed the form, select Create Facility. Note that you can update this information later if needed.

4. Connect a Bay in TPS:

   • Open the TPS (Trackman Performance Studio) software on your computer.
   • Ensure you are signed in using the same email address as before.
   • Click on the three lines at the bottom right of the screen to access the menu.
   • Select your facility from the list.

5. Create a Bay:

   • Ensure your Trackman radar is connected.
   • Create a bay within TPS by following the on-screen instructions.

6. Finalize in the Golf Portal:

   • After creating a bay in TPS, return to the Golf Portal.
   • All other tabs and settings will now appear, indicating that your facility is ready for use.
