Players Tab For Facilities 🎦

Setup Steps

  1. Sign In as Facility Admin:

    • Log in to the Golf Portal using your facility admin credentials.
  2. Access the Players Tab:

    • On the left side of the screen, click on Players.
  3. Review Player Information:

    • View Details: You will see a list of players with the following details:
      • Name: The full name of the player.
      • Player Name: The name displayed in the system.
      • Last Visit: The date of the player’s most recent visit.
      • Number of Visits: The total number of visits by the player to your facility.
  4. Search for Players:

    • Search by Name: Use the search bar to find a specific player by their name.
    • Search by Locations: You can also search based on the locations where players have visited.
  5. Export Player Information:

    • Export to Excel: To export all player information into an Excel file, click Extract to Excel at the top right of the screen.
