Steps to Create a Venue Restriction

  1. Log into the Golf Portal

    • Begin by logging into your Trackman Golf Portal with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Booking and Payments

    • Once logged in, click on the "Booking and Payments" section from the main menu.
  3. Access Venue Restrictions

    • On the right-hand side of the screen, you will find the "Settings" option. Click on it and then select "Venue Restrictions." This is where you can create and manage any restrictions for your venue.
  4. Create a New Restriction

    • To create a new restriction, click on the plus (+) sign. This will open a form where you can enter details for the restriction.
    • Fill in the Required Fields:
      • Name: Give your restriction a clear and descriptive name.
      • Restriction Details: Specify what the restriction will do, such as limiting access to certain areas or times.
  5. Finalize the Restriction

    • After entering all necessary details, select "Create" to finalize the restriction.
    • You can then edit the rules associated with this restriction to fine-tune its application. Once all adjustments are made, click "Confirm" to save your settings.
