How To Check Your Cases

  1. Open a Web Browser
    • Start by opening your preferred web browser.
  2. Navigate to Trackman Support
  3. Access "My Cases"
    • In the top right corner of the support page, click on "My Cases."
  4. Sign In or Create an Account
    • You will need to sign in using the email address you’ve been using to contact Trackman Support.
    • If you don't have an account, you can create one using that same email.
  5. View Your Cases
    • After signing in, you will see two tabs:
      • My Requests: This tab shows all the support cases you have personally submitted.
      • Requests I'm CC'd On: This tab displays cases where you’ve been copied on the communication.
    • For each case, you can view details such as the Subject, ID, Creation Time, Last Activity, and Status.
  6. Select a Case for More Details
    • Click on a case to view the entire conversation history.
    • You can see all messages exchanged with Trackman Support.
  7. Send a Message
    • If you need to add information or ask a question, use the text box at the bottom of the case page to send a message directly to the support team.
