How To Check Your Cases

Open a Web Browser
- Start by opening your preferred web browser.

Navigate to Trackman Support
- Go to trackman.com/support in your browser.

Access "My Cases"
- In the top right corner of the support page, click on "My Cases."

Sign In or Create an Account
- You will need to sign in using the email address you’ve been using to contact Trackman Support. If you don't have an account, you can create one using that same email.

View Your Cases
- After signing in, you will see two tabs:
- My Requests: This tab shows all the support cases you have personally submitted.
- Requests I'm CC'd On: This tab displays cases where you’ve been copied on the communication.
- For each case, you can view details such as the Subject, ID, Creation Time, Last Activity, and Status.
- After signing in, you will see two tabs:

Select a Case for More Details
- Click on a case to view the entire conversation history. You can see all messages exchanged with Trackman Support.

Send a Message
- If you need to add information or ask a question, use the text box at the bottom of the case page to send a message directly to the support team.
