How To Make Your Facility Appear As Bookable In The Trackman Golf App

Stage 1 : Completing Your Facility Profile In Trackman Portal

1. Go to portal.trackmangolf.com
2. Login with your email associated with your facility
3. Make sure your have the view set for facility after login in
4. Go to facility overview
5. Fill out ALL info in the profile. Also coordinates for the location. Not a single field can be missing neither the logo

Stage 2 : Enabling Your Booking URL In Trackman Portal

1. With regards to the booking URL please do the following below
2. Go to yourgolfbooking.com
3. Login in the upper right corner
4. Go to the menu in the upper right corner
5. Click on venues
6. Find your venue and click on visit venue
7. Copy the URL and paste it into the booking URL field within the portal.trackmangolf.com

Note: The URL you find in the final steps above is the same URL you can use to add a link to your own webpage if you wish to do so
