Bay Assets
Indoor customers can now track physical bay components in the Control Room in the Portal. They can set shots thresholds, get alerts before parts reach end of life, and reorder replacements (US only) without composing emails from scratch.
Key Capabilities
- Settings & Management: Settings becomes Settings & Management, with Asset Management for per-bay hardware tracking.
- Default assets: There are five default assets — impact screen (front and backing), bumper, trim kit, and turf mat — plus a custom asset option.
- Alerts: Once a threshold has been reached, an alert appears in the Control Room.
- Reset & reorder: Customers can reset tracking after a replacement (US facilities can send a pre-filled request).
- Version history: If a customer resets the assets, we store a record of the deprecated assets.
A promo will appear in the action panel within the Control Room if assets still need setup:
From in here, users can add customs assets by clicking on the Create Asset button. This allows users to monitor assets in each bay and review the state of the assets with a threshold indicator.
Users can configure the shots thresholds, install date and details for each asset, and the system will automatically keep track on the percentage your assets have left until the threshold is reached.
Users can create assets for standard equipment, such as turf mat and impact screens, as well as for non-standard custom equipment.
Once the threshold is reaching, a blue alert will appear in the Control Room with a recommendation to plan a replacement.
Replacement and Reset Asset
For US only: Facilities in the US have the option to request a replacement directly from the alert.
When tapping this, the user will have to option to open the message in email provider or to copy email text. If the email provider is chosen, a prefilled email addressed to SIMreplacements@trackman.com with facility, bay, asset, model, brand, and size will be made.
Once the hardware has been replaced, the user can set the install date to today. Then click the Reset Asset After Replacement button, and the threshold will reset again.
