Customers can now browse, buy, and manage products like FORJ Fitting Platform directly in the Portal.

Marketplace brings product discovery, checkout, payment, subscriptions, orders, and payment methods into one
place.​

Key Capabilities:

• New Marketplace page: Browse available products and open a product sales page from any card​
• Sales page: Review product details, pricing, and purchase options before buying​
• Order overview: Enter contact and organization details, accept terms, and continue to payment​
• Checkout: Pay securely via card or other methods, then see payment confirmation​
• My Subscriptions: See active, expired, and cancelled subscriptions with renewal details​
• Orders: Review historical orders, payment status (Paid / Unpaid), and order details​
• Payment Method: Add, manage, or remove cards​.

When a product card is clicked, you will be able to review more product details and purchase options.

• Subscription table
  • After payment has gone through, customers can view and manage their subscriptions in the My Subscription tab. They can view status, billing period, next renewal, and price of each subscription​.
• Orders table
  • Customers can view order number, Paid/Unpaid status, date, and total.
• Payment methods
  • Customers will have an overview of brand, masked number, and status, and can select the default / primary card.
