Let's have a look on the different Reporting options available within Booking & Payments
On your Admin Panel if you click the little Bar Chart you will be present with a few Reporting options
Basic Booking Report
Click on the "Go to report"
- In the sidebar on the right you can configure the report you would like to generate. You can quickly select a date range that you would like to generate a report for by using the prefabricated buttons at the top of the sidebar on the right.
- Below these buttons you can select a custom date range.
- The next field you can Search by either the Play date of the booking or the Order date of the booking. The order date is useful to generate monthly reports for accounting purposes, and both the Play date and order date are also useful for Marketing e.g. knowing when to make a social post.
- The Increment field notes the increment the graph is representing.
- Purchase types here you can select to filter online and walk in bookings, a good way to visualise how many online bookings you tale compared to walk in bookings.
- Next you can filter by Booking Statuses, checked in, not checked in, not assigned and cancelled.
- Lastly you can filter by Payment Status, paid, refunded and unpaid.
- Click Generate Report and the report will be generated.
- Click Export As CSV and you will generate a csv file with all the ticked boxes shown then you can insert into excel and filter out the options that you would like to look at it

Purchase Report
- In the sidebar on the right you can configure the report you would like to generate. You can quickly select a date range that you would like to generate a report for by using the prefabricated buttons at the top of the sidebar on the right.
- Below these buttons you can select a custom date range.
- The next field you can Search by either the Play date of the booking or the Order date of the booking. The order date is useful to generate monthly reports for accounting purposes, and both the Play date and order date are also useful for Marketing e.g. knowing when to make a social post.
- The Increment field notes the increment the graph is representing.
- Reporting date can be Fully paid date (where the item is been paid fully) or Confirmed date
- In case you choose Confirmed date you can further filter it with Paid, Overpaid, Part Paid, Unpaid, Voided
- Click Generate Report and the report will be generated.
- Click Export As CSV and you will generate a csv file with all the ticked boxes shown then you can insert into excel and filter out the options that you would like to look at it

Payments Report
- In the sidebar on the right you can configure the report you would like to generate. You can quickly select a date range that you would like to generate a report for by using the prefabricated buttons at the top of the sidebar on the right.
- Below these buttons you can select a custom date range.
- The next field you can Search by either the Play date of the booking or the Order date of the booking. The order date is useful to generate monthly reports for accounting purposes, and both the Play date and order date are also useful for Marketing e.g. knowing when to make a social post.

- Next you can filter further with Payment statuses: Complete, Failed, Pending,
- Click Generate Report and the report will be generated.
- Click Export As CSV and you will generate a csv file with all the ticked boxes shown then you can insert into excel and filter out the options that you would like to look at it
Report on payments as they appear in the bank and reconcile incoming funds
Ledger Report
- In the sidebar on the right you can configure the report you would like to generate. You can quickly select a date range that you would like to generate a report for by using the prefabricated buttons at the top of the sidebar on the right.
- Below these buttons you can select a custom date range.
- The next field you can Search by either the Play date of the booking or the Order date of the booking. The order date is useful to generate monthly reports for accounting purposes, and both the Play date and order date are also useful for Marketing e.g. knowing when to make a social post.
- Click Generate Report and the report will be generated. (Currently it is switched off)
- Click Export As CSV and you will generate a csv file with all the ticked boxes shown then you can insert into excel and filter out the options that you would like to look at it
Financial reporting on credits and debits
Payments Browser
- In the sidebar on the right you can configure the report you would like to generate. You can quickly select a date range that you would like to generate a report for by using the prefabricated buttons at the top of the sidebar on the right.
- Below these buttons you can select a custom date range.

- Next you can filter further with Payment statuses: Complete, Failed, Pending,
- Click Generate Report and the report will be generated.
Explore your payment ultimately it is really similar to the payment report only it just list all the payment that gone through
Token Creation Report
- In the sidebar on the right you can configure the report you would like to generate. You can quickly select a date range that you would like to generate a report for by using the prefabricated buttons at the top of the sidebar on the right.
- Below these buttons you can select a custom date range.
- The next field you can Search by either the Play date of the booking or the Order date of the booking. The order date is useful to generate monthly reports for accounting purposes, and both the Play date and order date are also useful for Marketing e.g. knowing when to make a social post.
- The Increment field notes the increment the graph is representing.
- Next you can filter further with Token statuses: Unused, Part used, Used
- Click Generate Report and the report will be generated.

Web Traffic Report
This is still currently under development. It will be a report to see data on your website visitors
