Fix IDS US Cameras Not Visible in TPS

  1. Open Windows Control Panel and navigate to “uninstall a program".


     
  2. Find the program named “IDS Peak".
  3. Right click and select uninstall.
  4. Follow the prompts.
    • If you find the application is failing to uninstall, try to reboot the PC and uninstall it once more.
  5. Once the application is uninstalled, redownload it again by following all the steps in this article: IDS Camera | IDS U3 Camera Software (IDS Peak).
  6. After reinstalling the eEye software and reopening TPS, the issue should be resolved.
