Fix IDS US Cameras Not Visible in TPS
- Open Windows Control Panel and navigate to “uninstall a program".
- Find the program named “IDS Peak".
- Right click and select uninstall.
- Follow the prompts.
- If you find the application is failing to uninstall, try to reboot the PC and uninstall it once more.
- Once the application is uninstalled, redownload it again by following all the steps in this article: IDS Camera | IDS U3 Camera Software (IDS Peak).
- After reinstalling the eEye software and reopening TPS, the issue should be resolved.
