Changing the bay name from the Trackman Portal ensures that the update is applied directly to the facility’s configuration and remains consistent across all Trackman services. 

This helps staff and players easily identify the correct bay, reduces confusion when managing multiple bays, and ensures accurate bay information is displayed throughout the system. 

How to Change the Bay Name

1. In Control Room Indoor, select the bay whose name you would like to change. 
   
   
    
2. Click the Information tab in the upper-right corner.
   
   
    
3. Scroll down until you find the General Info section, then click the small pencil icon. 
   
   
    
4. Enter the new bay name according to the customer's requirements. 
   
   
    
5. Click Save Changes to apply the update. 

This will update the bay name in the Trackman Portal and in TPS.
