If you receive an error message in Shot Analysis indicating that the 3DMA camera has moved, the camera calibration must be performed again.
Recalibrate the Cameras
Before starting the calibration, please verify the following:
- Are the cameras secured to the tripods or holder perfectly?
- Have the cameras been moved from the day before?
- Depending on whether the unit is a TM4 or iO, proceed with the below.
Trackman 4 Setup
- Ensure that the Trackman 4 is placed directly on the ground and is level to the hitting area.
- Do not place the unit on a plank, platform, or any other object that lifts it from the ground.
Trackman iO Setup
- Ensure that the Trackman iO is correctly calibrated.
- The calibration board must be placed completely flat on the ground during calibration.
- Do not lift the calibration board with a finger or any other object to make the calibration easier, as this can result in an inaccurate calibration.
After Recalibration
Once the calibration has been completed correctly, verify that the 3DMA cameras are functioning as expected and that the warning no longer appears.
If the issue persists after recalibration, please reach out to Trackman Support.
