Do The Normal Rules Of Golf Apply?

Each event is played in the same manner as a traditional outdoor tournament. The same (R&A and USGA) Rules of Golf as they pertain to indoor/virtual/simulator play apply. A few exceptions to the traditional Rules of Golf are in place when playing in the NEXT Golf Tour:

You are allowed to discuss what clubs are hitting with playing partnes due to the nature of visual club selection on the simulator screen.
The one ball rule does not apply in the NEXT Golf Tour, meaning players do not have to play with the same brand, make and model of golf ball that the player started the round with.
