Payment Configuration | Adyen Terminal Setup Instructions

The payment configuration will need to be completed before you can board the terminal and proceed with its setup. The article going over these step can be found here: How to Setup Payment Configuration  

What to expect from the Adyen Terminal out of the box:

  • When the terminal arrives at your venue, it should already be registered to your location. Upon startup, it should display your shop name.
  • Once power on select the settings button located at the bottom left corner to access the network settings.
  • To access the network setup, you'll need to enter a code. The code is 0856 (do not change this).
  • Now connect the terminal to your wifi.
  • If there are any required updates then a prompt on the screen will appear. Start the update.
  • Once the update is complete all that is left is to board the terminal.

How to board your Adyen Terminal:

  • Navigate to yourgolfbooking.com and login.
  • Access your facility through administrate and go to the settings tab.
  • Once in the settings tab go to “payment” and find connected devices.
  • Click the “Board New Device” button and type in the Adyen Terminals 15-digit serial number ID
  • This serial number ID can be found on the box and on the unit itself. 
  • Be advised that your terminal/s come with a pre-defined password (0856), and this will be needed upon receipt and setup. 
  • Please save your changes and proceed with the setup.
