The new UI is a significant improvement and marks an exciting change for us.
Let’s take a quick overview of the new UI and explore some of the ways you can now set up your options.
This guide will provide a general overview, while more detailed guides are available for specific features.
Streamlined Management
If your venue includes both indoor simulators and outdoor ranges, your overview is now organized into tabs, enabling you to effortlessly switch between sections in your Admin Panel. This redesign ensures faster and more intuitive navigation.
The next major improvement is the Opening Hours section, which now comes with enhanced functionality:
-
Slot-Based Pricing Activation
You can now enable slot-based pricing directly within the Opening Hours settings. -
Customizable Opening Hours
The new system allows you to add specific dates to override the usual schedule. This is perfect for special events, holidays, or one-off changes to your operating hours.
The next key update is the Bay Options section. The Bay Options editor has been redesigned with a more intuitive layout, featuring tabs for the different settings categories. This makes navigation and adjustments much simpler and more streamlined. One of the most important sections is the Pricing Tab, which allows you to easily adjust pricing for each bay option, including dynamic pricing based on time slots or other criteria. This update ensures greater flexibility and usability when managing your bay settings, making it easier to optimize your setup.
We now have a toggle to enable slot-based pricing. Once activated, you can configure specific prices for each time slot by clicking the "Edit Slot Pricing" button. This feature allows you to set pricing easily by selecting multiple time slots, either by clicking on the desired days or times directly. This provides a more flexible and precise way to manage your pricing strategy
Once you have set up the slot-based pricing, the rest of the process remains the same as before. Simply add the configured pricing to the Bay Groups to display it on the booking page.
On the booking side, the user will first choose the slot bay that you set up, followed by selecting the player options. If the number of players exceeds the maximum allowed for the selected bay option, the system will prompt the user to choose more than one bay.
For simplicity, let's proceed with a scenario where only one bay is required.
You can choose multiple slots if desired. The total price will be calculated based on the amounts set for each selected slot. The system will display the different prices for each slot and sum them up.
For example, with the current setup, if we proceed, it would result in three bookings:
- One 1.5-hour booking
- One 1-hour booking
- One 30-minute booking
Each slot's duration and price will be combined to reflect the total booking cost.
