Understanding Slot-Based Bay Options in the Calendar View

We are all familiar with creating bay options, and setting up a slot-based bay option follows the same core principles with just a few updates.

Why do we need new bay options?
The bay options used in the classic view do not appear in the calendar view, and vice versa. To ensure a seamless experience, you can configure everything in advance before switching to the calendar view.

Key Setting Changes

Once the New UI is enabled for you, you will see an additional setting in the Bay Options section:

Booking Duration

• • This can be found in the middle of the first page of the Bay Option Creator.
  • You will have two radio button options to choose from:
    • Fixed Duration → Uses the classic layout.
    • Slot-Based → Enables the new calendar view.

Pricing Adjustments

• If you select Slot-Based, an additional section called Pricing Schedules will appear in the Pricing Tab.
• This is exclusive to the calendar UI and allows for more flexible pricing structures.
