Create A Paid Tournament
Step 1: Navigate to the Tournaments Tab
Start by logging into the Trackman Portal. Once logged in, navigate to the Tournaments tab.
Step 2: Create a New Tournament
Click on the Create Tournament button. Here, you will set the name and other settings as you would for any typical tournament.
Step 3: Set the Entry Fee
To make the tournament a paid event, go to the Entry Fee tab. Select the Paid Tournament option. If you wish to set a sign-up time frame, you can do so here. At the bottom of this section, choose the entry fee amount.
You will not be able to edit the sign-up fee after creating the tournament!
Step 4: Adjust Tax Options
To the right of the entry fee, you will see a tax drop-down menu displaying all the tax options tied to your venue. If you need to add or edit tax fees, navigate to the Booking and Payments tab, then go to Payments. Here, you can adjust the available tax options.
