You can now sync bay options and player options across multiple venues within your organization. Once an object (such as a bay option or player option) has been synced, only admin users with permission to edit Synced Objects will be able to modify it.
It's best practice to manage syncing from a single venue. All edits must be made to the original synced option for the changes to apply across all venues.
How to Sync Bay Options Across Venues
If you’d like to use the same Bay Option at another venue within your organization:
- Click Sync to Venues next to the Save Changes button.
- Select the venue(s) where you want to sync the Bay Option.
The same process applies to Player Options.
Note, If the Sync to Venues button isn’t visible, try adding a space at the end of the option name — this will refresh the button display.
