How To Set Up Stripe/Square

After setting up your venue and completing your onboarding call, the support team likely informed you that you need to connect either your Stripe or Square account to the system.

To do this, navigate to the Admin Panel and go to Settings > Payment. At the bottom of the page, you will find the Stripe/Square Settings section, where you can configure your payment integration.

Clicking on this section will redirect you to a new page where you will be prompted to enter your account details. Completing this step will establish the connection between YGB and your chosen payment processor.

Once the setup is complete, you can also connect your payment terminals. You will find an "Add Terminal" button within the same section, allowing you to link your terminals seamlessly.

An important thing to remember each month is that you will need to refresh your token. If this step is missed or if an unexpected issue occurs, you can always reconnect your payment settings manually to restore the connection.
