Venue Settings Overview
For a quick overview of your venue, navigate to General Settings. Here, you can customize and modify the appearance of your venue.
In the General Settings, you can configure the following details for your venue:
- Venue Name – The name that will be displayed for your venue.
- Venue Slug – The unique identifier for your venue in the browser’s URL.
- Logo & Banner – Upload and set a custom logo and banner for your venue.
- Location & Region – Specify the country where your venue is based.
- Time Zone – Set the appropriate time zone for your venue.
- Currency – Define the currency used for transactions at your venue.
- Default Language – Choose the primary language for your venue.
- Public Contact Information:
- Email Address – The email where customers can reach out.
- Telephone Number – The public phone number for the venue.
- Website – The official website for your venue.
- Time Display Mode – Select between a 12-hour or 24-hour time format.
- Customer Account Requirements – Choose whether customers must provide their phone number when creating an account or if staff should collect it manually.
These settings ensure that your venue's details are properly configured.
