How to Create Products
To begin, navigate to Booking & Payments > "Settings" > "Products". After you click on the 'plus' icon the pop-up to create a product will appear.
When creating products please remember to include the Name, Price, and Category. If you have multiple types of products, it is much easier to navigate if you assign the correct category to each product—for example, “Beverages.”
FLAGS: If you need to deduct taxes from selling certain products, please remember to add a tax flag by clicking the “Add First Flag” button. The same applies to member discounts. Apply the discount perk flags to the products you want to be discounted for members.
*When adding golf balls as a product, make sure to include Extra Properties > Balls > [NUMBER OF BALLS].
After you finish adding your products and are ready to offer them to your customers, navigate to the POS tab and add your products there:
You can add products individually or by category. After adding your products to the POS tab, you can easily include them in purchases. You can also book sessions for your customers, add additional products to the booking, and charge them together.
