Navigating The Admin Panel

The interface is designed to be as simple and intuitive as possible for users.

Sidebar Menu

The Sidebar on the far right is your main navigation tool for the admin panel.

• Clicking on your name at the top will take you back to your User Account.
• Bay Icon – Navigates to the Range Booking Page.
• Golf Flag Icon – Navigates to the Tee Sheet (if your venue has a golf course).
• Computer Icon – Navigates to the POS Screen (if available).
• Magnifying Glass Icon – Navigates to the Booking Search Page.
• Person Icon – Navigates to the Customer Search Page.
• Barcode Icon – For venues with a Ball Dispenser Integration, this navigates to the Barcodes & Tokens Page.
• Bar Chart Icon – Navigates to the Reporting Page.
• Cog Icon – Navigates to Venue Settings.

Browsing Bookings

• Each green square represents a 30-minute time block.
• In the top left corner, you’ll see the current time. Clicking it updates the interface to reflect the current date and time.
• To scroll through times, you can:
  • Hover your cursor over the times on the left or right of the green squares and use the scroll wheel.
  • Use the Time Selector in the top middle of the page.
• To browse bookings by date, use the Date Selector in the top right corner.
